Sharing a VPN's connection in Wi-Fi mode with other devices has been a serious problem for people and tweaker starting with the sharing of BB10 subscription between an android devices and PC.
But with time we were able to anticipate the settings by putting on the Simple server on Pc when the Wi-Fi is connected in order to browse with it.

I tried applying the same technic for Psiphon with another device, but my effort was futile, But now were able to come up with a working technic

How to Share Psiphon Data
Explanation with phone A and Phone B.
==>After connection has been made on Psiphon, Switch on the Hotspot of Phone A.
==> switch on you Wi-Fi of Phone B and connect with Phone A.
==> After Connecting, long press the hotspot of Phone A Click on the following
==> modify network > advance options > proxy > manual
==> Use the same HTTP settings as that of Phone A
==> Finally lunch Psiphon On Phone B, make sure it's using the same settings as that of phone A
Connect and enjoy.
But please kiss your battery bye bye cause you'll be watching it as it drains.
