please I use d correct settings for psiphon and am subscribed to bblited but I can only browse, can't download. it never downloads.

APN: web.gprs.mtnnigeria.net, default; Proxy: 127.0.0.1; Port: 8080.
Psiphon settings:
Proxy type: Real host, server: web.blackberry.com;
Real Proxy type: inject; real proxy server: 10.199.212.2.

Sorry for that Debby, but the problem is with your device or your browser, you never mention if it's Google play you're finding it hard to download from or with your browser.
Delete==>If it's Google play then your phone space is the problem just release some space and clear phone cache it will be back to normal.
==>But if it's your browser then you should try using Uc browser but if the problem still persist then update your browser.
==>you might also wanna change the settings of you device to 10.199.212.2 8080 instead of. 127.0.0.1 8080
Am also using the same subscription on my device and I used it to download lots of movie today without any quams.
